Horrified by the carnage of World War II in which he participated in as a B-17 Bomber Pilot and wanting to prevent World War III and total destruction by nuclear weapons, Garry Davis renounced his US Citizenship and declared himself to be the first World Citizen in 1947. Many thinkers joined him including Albert Einstein, Albert Camus, Albert Schweitzer and macrobiotic promoter, George Ohsawa. Shortly thereafter he established the first World Government by and for World Citizens. His World Government began issuing World Passports and World Citizen ID Cards and has so far issued over 700,000 World Passports today helping many stateless persons and refugees find freedom and dignity.

He has since traveled the world using only his World Passport often finding himself being detained by immigration officials, thrown into prison, or being stuck on a border between countries who don’t know what to do with him, thereby exposing the fallacy and ludicrous nature of the entire Nation State system.

At age 88, Garry Davis, continues to be active and promote his cause, long after many of his original supporters have passed away. He cites the failure of the Nation State system to handle Global Warming and other worldwide problems as another reason to create one world government for and by world citizens.

Join us on this very special call with living legend and World Citizen, Garry Davis. Join and help his cause which is as important today, if not more so, as in the immediate aftermath of World War II.
