Macrobiotic Adventures Format Has Changed

Due to the external circumstance and until further notice, Macrobiotic Adventures has changed format.  It’s main principle, Phiya Kushi, currently resides in a remote community in Alaska with limited and slow internet access and is unable to continue the Conference Call format at this time.  Macrobiotic Adventures will resume by posting audio and, in the future, video recordings from time to time.  Conference Calls may resume in the future depending on changing circumstances.  Thank you for your patience.
