Karen Allen, actress and knitwear fiber artist (http://www.karenallen-fiberarts.com) contracted Lyme disease in the spring of 2002 in the Berkshire countryside while hiking. For the next year and a half she went from specialist to specialist trying to find someone who understood Lyme disease and knew how to treat it, but instead encountered the baffling reality that very few doctors know much about it and even those that do have no effective treatment. She was put on various antibiotic protocols, sometimes taking 2 and 3 different antibiotics at the same time along with anti-proisodals and medications she felt were making her feel worse and worse.
Her symptoms continued to get worse and at a point when her doctor wanted her to begin IV antibiotics, she instead decided to stop all the medications and rethink how she wanted to move forward in treatment. She had seen acupuncturists, taken herbal remedies, tried colloidal silver, seen a cranial sacral practitioner, but none of these things had made a difference. She had contemplated going into hypothermia tanks, which some people with Lyme were trying, but the cost was prohibitive. She was at a crossroads and she felt the quality of her life was slipping away.
Fortunately just at that time, a friend called with a suggestion that Karen go to see a local chiropractor who had a device known as a parasite zapper. She had heard it was having success in the treatment of Lyme. In the chiropractor’s office she was shown how to self administer the zapper to herself, which involves using an electrical device at a certain frequency to pass mild electrical pulses through the hands. Karen followed the instructions and worked with the device for four consecutive hours, left to return home not feeling particularly hopeful, and woke the next day to find herself symptom free for the first time in almost two years. She repeated the process two weeks later at the advice of the chiropractor, and purchased her own parasite zapper several weeks later from a web-site dedicated to Dr. Hulda Clark, a Canadian doctor who invented the zapper. Karen’s symptoms have never returned and she has used her experience to help treat dozens of people stricken with Lyme in the years since.

Too good to be true, it didn´t work on me, once the first infection-phase is missed, things get quite complicated.

Is this just publicity to the “parasite zapper” or is this article made to really help people? there’s nothing wrong with publicity but cannot give such high hopes if it is just publicity, that should be left clear in the article. Maybe she just had parasites and didn’t have bacteria? or the other thousand treatments she had before could kill the bacteria and she was still sick because she still had tons of parasites that were not killed by the antibiotics and that’s why the zapper just “zappered” what was left?
I think the worse mistake Drs are doing when treating Lyme disease is not attacking properly and during long time the bacteria and the parasites -both types of bugs.
Would love to hear from her if it is true she is symptoms free still? We’ll be very happy to hear that, happy for her, happy for many of us!

I bought a Hulda Clark approved ultimate zapper from Ken Presner and tried it for 2 months
without success.
Please explain what I am doing wrong? or recommend which zapper to buy

I have studied Dr. Rifes work for several years now and from what I can gather John Crain – Dr. Rifes last lab rat sold a square wave zapper type device that helped some people but not all people. I personally believe 100% success that Dr. Rife had was due to his unique waveforms. A 4.3mHz or so carrier with modulation frequencies in the 10 to 999kHz ranges. He also changed the carrier a little up and down. You can google Dr. Royal Rife to read his story if you want. Good Luck and Good Health.

I really think the reason many are not helped with thier illness is because they continue to eat the Sad American Diet not because they want to but because they can not afford to change to a healthier way of eating. Karen can afford the best of everything which I think was a plus in her recovery. Then there are those that think thier parents lived to be an old age from the way they ate so there is no need to change. Lifestyle change is very important if we want to take our lives back. Especially in this polluted world we live in today.
This would be wonderful if it was this easy- I think this zapper is great for parasites……
I’m curious to try this for Crohn’s and prostatitis which are both killing me. But it’s a significant amount of money for my condition has also ruined my financial health. I have personally heard of zappers and blood electrification devices working only sometimes for lyme disease. I have used Bob Beck devices for parasites and viruses with success for myself in the past. Bob Beck has said many times that Hulda Clark devices do not have enough power to be effective on anything except maybe some types of parasites. I agree. If I contracted lyme disease I would uses a powerful Bob Beck 4 hertz 30+ volt reversing squarewave B.E. device for 2 hours a day for atleast 2 months along with a magnetic pulser(homemade plug-in – chris gupta design) for the lymph nodes. I do not know if this would cure you of lyme disease but I would rather do it that antibiotics for the rest of my life because as some people know a “T.E.N.S.” unit has almost no side effects where as most antibiotics and antimicrobials trash your liver and kidneys.
My reasoning being that if you have a petri dish with any bacteria or virus known to man and you run just a milliamp of current through it you will kill or attenuate it. You can find tests to prove that in the accredited journals of microbiology. When you run one milliamp of current in your body you don’t kill your cells, you might cause a little electroporation, or displacing of cell membranes but you will kill the bacteria a viruses in most cases if the current reaches your blood because they are much smaller and easily damaged.
I got lyme in 1997 and was down for years, but not diagnosed until 2006. I read all Dr. Clark’s books and started zapping (and a salt/C treatment). I do believe in the zapper and still use it sometimes. I do have my life back now.
I have tried different zappers (no success) and the scio biofeedback (no success) but still have NO life and so I will never give up.
I just hope and pray that this one will work. I do believe I had lymes since 8 yrs old and other parasites have just join the club.
I have tried everything more than once and trying to feel better daily.

glad to read Karen’s success story. Congratulations to her.
As to Shirley. For me, things have gotten better. Over time.
Hang in there are my words to you. Work with a Lyme Literate
doctor if you’re able. Eat healthy. I know everyone can’t afford
organic. There are farmer’s markets with good vegetables. I feel this is vital to getting better. Cutting out packaged processed foods and sugar. Plus alcohol and caffeine and of coarse smoking.
Having mold in the environment can also effect healing. Maybe
you’ve already taken care of these things. I know I’m not perfect in this, but when I do follow a good diet, I feel so much
better. Everyone finds things that work for them. Everyone’s
systems are different. I would add, just keep trying new things and I send you well wishes in making changes and finding treatments that will be of help to you.

Cause, since when you heard of, a lyme patient treats him or herself 4 hours with whatever method, never, no never heard of someone cured by treating lyme with whatever method, in FOUR hours of treatment! NEVER!

There is no mention of anything like an herxheimer reaction at all, that’s something to think about.
It’s like a fairytale; you treat yourself with a zapper for FOUR hours and bam!, the next morning you wake up, you are symptomfree.
You can tell me every kinda story, but this is way too much for me, I won’t buy it.
Maybe, there is something more to tell about this ‘healing’, but it is not mentioned, maybe, but this is too much zound like a fairytale.
Even in the reactions, people with using same methods, none of them did have a simulair case.
Don’t tell people bullshit, cause you would be the first with a succes story like this.
It’s like ‘lady Barbara’, you can find her story on the internet and youtube, that’s also a story to put questions at it.
Maybe the antibiotics and the other medicine did do their jobs and cured the body from the most bacteries and didn’t they noticed a thing of it, cause you can be still sick a long time after you’ve been treated for Lyme, cause that’s the process after all, you almost never heal emmediatly after treatment for Lyme, or it wasn’t been a long time ago that you’ve got bitten by a tick.
Me, myself, I don’t believe this story much, cause after all, the healing of Lyme takes a long time, not in FOUR hours!
